If you’re imagining couples therapy as an organized debate where I sit in the middle deciding who’s right, I should probably mention that I don’t bring a scoreboard. Relationships are rarely that simple. Two people can experience the same moment quite differently, and sometimes the harder we try to explain ourselves, the less understood we feel. My role isn’t to pick a winner, assign blame, or tell you how your relationship should look. It’s to help create space for both perspectives while exploring what’s happening between you.
We’ll look at how you communicate, navigate disagreements, respond to emotional needs, and sometimes find yourselves having the same conversation for the hundredth time—with remarkably familiar results. Along the way, I’ll help you recognize patterns, practice different ways of responding, and better understand yourselves and each other. Some conversations may be uncomfortable, others surprisingly enlightening, and a little humor might find its way in when the moment is right. Whether you’re hoping to reconnect, work through a difficult chapter, or gain clarity about what comes next, the goal is to approach those questions with greater understanding, honesty, and intention. If this sounds like what you are looking for, I invite you to schedule your free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a right fit.
